Phra Maha Vallop Dechfai was born in the Sonkhla Province, of Southern Thailand.  He is a Buddhist Missionary Monk, Overseas Missionary Class XIII.  Ajahn Vallop graduated from Mahachula Buddhist University, and holds a Master degree, from the Thammasart University, in Social Science . Ajahn  Vallop used to live at Wat Chollap Prathanrungsarit.
