Ajahn George was born in the first capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya province. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from Gujarat University. He became a meditation master from Rishikesh Hermitage in India in 1987. He further graduated with a Master degree in social development from Colorado University. He became a certified Advanced Dhamma scholar from Thailand Buddhist Official in 2025. He has been teaching vipassana meditation for 27 years in the US and Thailand.
