Atammayatarama Buddhist monastery is starting a Spring Landscaping campaign to beautify our Temple for the upcoming Thai New Year’s celebration in April, and the first Meditation Retreat in May. We are looking for lots of volunteers for this campaign.
Help removing the weeds:
- Every Sunday 12.30pm-3pm
- Every Wednesday 4pm-6pm
Spring is a busy time, unfortunately this is when Herbicide Free needs the most support. The weeds are growing fast and furious. We can certainly take pride that we are doing a good thing for our Earth by saying “NO!” to chemicals on our temple grounds. Please bring your gloves, tools and a hat or rain jacket (if needed).
Spring Landscaping:
- April 2nd-3rd 9am-5pm
Planting and help spreading landscaping bark. Please feel free to arrange your own flexible hours to help the monastery. If possible, bring your gloves, tools and a hat or rain jacket (if needed).
This is a great opportunity to giving back to the community. Also, would you please pass the information to your friends. Please follow the following instruction for online registration.
