The “Weekend Retreat” starts on Friday evening at 7 pm, and ends on Sunday morning at 8:30 am. You can attend the Full, or Partial Retreat. If you stay to Sunday, please consider attending The regular Sunday Service which starts at 9:30 am. The Day of Mindfulness is on Saturday only and starts at 9 am.
For the Weekend Retreat you are required to provide your own sleeping accommodations (sleeping bag and cushion). You may sleep in the Meditation Hall or camp on the grounds (provide your own tent). There are showers available (bring your own towels, soap, etc.)
Breakfast and lunch (vegetarian) are provided. There will be only one main meal (lunch) a day.
